Beach and Surf Condo - Panga Drops and Colorados

This condo is a beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bath condo located in Hacienda Iguana in the Villas. The Villas condos have their own private pool and relaxation area as well as a beautiful view of the ocean and Los Perros point. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king bed, a queen futon in the living room and A/C in both rooms. The living room has a TV and DVD player with some videos but at this time does not have cable television. This unit also has an exclusive community membership which gives you access to the beachfront pool and clubhouse and allows you to play golf for only $15 per round.

There are two world class surf breaks walking distance from the condo. The closest is Panga Drops a horseshoe shaped reef offering both lefts and rights, that always break even when there is no swell. The other is Colorados a beach break, a fast barreling sand bottom wave offering right and lefts that are second to none when it's on. Between the two you are going to score some memorable waves.

This condo also offers membership access to the only coastal golf course in Nicaragua. This 9 hole course is beautifully manicured and has perfect year round conditions. The course is challenging and has one hole with an amazing ocean view. The condo also has full access to the Exclusive Community Beach Club. This Beach Club is ocean front and sits right in front of the Colorado break, and contains a beautiful swimming pool, relaxation area, kitchen, BBQ, palapas, and volleyball court.

Within the gated community are two restaurants. Don Eloys is open from 4PM to close and offers pizza and a full bar. There is also a small breakfast cafe, Cafe Colorado, that is located on the outside patio of the golf condos office, open 7:30AM-11:30AM. There are a handful of other great restaurants that are accessible by car, taxi, boat, or a nice hike to a small fishing village.
