This unit, only 50 yards away from Costa Azul beach, has unobstructed surf and ocean views from it’s private terrace. There are several different waves right out front, from the easy waves of Middles to the speedy walls of Zippers, there are options for all levels of surfers.

This location is a perfect jump-off spot for more adventures and secluded surf that is found out on the East Cape. Drive through San Jose Del Cabo and continue out the road to the East Cape to discover a secluded beach, or surf the famous waves, of Shipwrecks, Distiladeros, 9 Palms and Punta Perfecta.

Further out the East Cape, but only 1 hour and 45 minutes from our condo is the Cabo Pulmo National Park, which is host to the only living coral reef on the western shores of North America. With world class diving, boat tours, and fishing facilities, Cabo Pulmo is a must-do East Cape adventure.

San Jose Del Cabo and the East Cape are the true Baja experience.
