Located in a secure, gated community, on a pristine, sandy beach is Casa Colorados. Casa Colorados is a 5000+ sq foot, beachfront 1/2 acre luxury estate, with 4 bedrooms/5 baths, it sits right in front of the world class surf break, Playa Colorado. The house comfortably sleeps 8+ people with 3 master suites, 1 guest room, an additional game room that can also be used as a bedroom as well as 2 additional supersized, fold out couches in the living room. The main Master Suite is on the first floor with a king bed, luxury bathroom and bathtub that overlooks the pounding surf. The other two master suites are on the second floor facing the Ocean, one contains a king bed and the other two twins. Both of these master suites also contain their own end suites with additional convertible queen beds. The fourth guest room is on the first floor next to the master and has an additional two singles. The game room also has additional sleeping quarters with a queen fold-out and a single fold-out. All rooms have their own bathrooms and walk in closets with mahogany closet organizers. The home can easily accommodate larger groups and is perfect for multiple families. It offers the most sleeping arrangements in the entire community. The house is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, separate A/C in each room, large plasma TVs, 7.1 Dolby surround sound home theater, outside music, game room, high speed internet and a back-up generator. Custom cabinetry and granite run throughout the house. No expense has been spared. We also have an English speaking couple residing on the premises to fulfill all of your needs providing concierge service as if you are at the Four Seasons! They will cater to all your needs, set up activities, boat rides, fishing, horseback riding, airport transportation, zip lines, massage, yoga, manicure, food catering, nicaraguan musical entertainment, spanish lessons or anything else your heart desires. Daily cleaning (6 days a week) and a night guard are also provided for further comfort. We offer you all of the comforts of home on one of the most beautiful beaches in Nicaragua. We can also help set up surf or event photography.
Casa Colorados is one of the country's finest surfing locations. Due to the strong winds coming from Lake Nicaragua, the winds in this area of the country are offshore 330+ days a year, ALL DAY AND NIGHT LONG!. The house literally sits directly in front of the world class surf break Colorados and only a 5 minute walk down the beach is Panga Drops. Colorado is a fast, tubing, beach break, with many peaks, while Panga Drops is a mellower A-framing reef/rock break. We can also arrange boats to any of the 10+ surrounding breaks. All rooms face the Ocean and its hard not to stare at someone getting tubed out front as you walk from window to window!

Casa Colorados also offers membership access to the only coastal golf course in Nicaragua. This 9 hole course is virtually yours as you play with no crowds whatsoever with its perfectly manicured year round conditions. The course is a challenging course that has one hole with an amazing ocean view. The house also has full access to the Exclusive Community Beach Club 4 lots to the south. This Beach Club also is Oceanfront right in front of the Colorado break, and which contains a beautiful swimming pool, relaxation area, kitchen, BBQ, palapas, and volleyball court.

Within the gated community are two restaurants. Don Eloys is open from 4PM to close and offers pizza and a full bar. There is also a small breakfast cafe, Cafe Colorado, that is located on the outside patio of the golf condos office, open 7:30AM-11:30AM. There are a handful of other great restaurants that are accessible by car, taxi, boat, or a nice hike to a small fishing village.
