Casa Cook is a charming home/hotel located just meters from the warm waters of the tropical Pacific Ocean. Four luxury rental units make up Casa Cook: two beach-front Cabinas sleep up to 4, the lower level of the main house, called the Casita, sleeps up to six and a small studio Apartment above the office sleeps two. A custom pool surrounded by a lush tropical gargen is reserved for guests only as is the ample supply of body boards for playing in the waves. A secure parking area, 24 hour guard service and daily maid service will make your visit to Casa Cook safe and completely relaxing. Each rental unit has access to wireless internet, a full kitchen ready for use, a microwave, cable TV, fans and air conditioners and a safe for your valuables. Guests are very special to the hosts, Chuck and Ruthann Cook, and they will make every effort to ensure that your stay is a truly special one.

If you cancel 30 days or more prior to occupancy, a full refund will be given minus a $100 administrative fee.

If you cancel less than 30 days prior to occupancy, a refund MAY be given at the discretion of Casa Cook and ONLY if the unit can be rented to another guest.

All rental rates are based on double occupancy. There is a nightly charge of 20$ per person for additional guests.

The busy center of Tamarindo is only a few minutes' walk or drive from the haven of quiet at Casa Cook. Great restaurants, unique stores and Tamarindo's nightlife are easily accessable.

The break in front of Casa Cook is a longboarder's dream come true when south swells roll into the bay! Partially proteced by Captian Island, the sandy stretch of beach in front of Casa Cook is also a fabulous place for swimming and beginner surfers. Bigger breaks to the north and to the south are within a 15 minute walk and in your rental car or with one of our trusted drivers, the number of unforgettable breaks within your reach is endless!

And surfing is only one of the possibilities! Our tour office can arrange all kinds of land and sea adventures: zip-line canopy tours, snorkeling, sailing, horseback riding, mangrove safari floats, kayaking, deep-sea fishing, rainforest excursions, turtle watching, ATV tours, mountain biking and spa treatments to pamper you when the fun is done.
