Casa Vida ~ Golf and Surf Luxury On The East Cape

There are three master suits with large Mexican style king beds and the forth suite has two queen beds. The kitchen is a gourmet chefs dream. Professional Viking appliances and the perfect entertaining layout. The theater and game room in Casa Vida has been described as amazing. A massive 60” Pioneer Plasma backed by audiophile components are impressive. The room has a large hand carved bar crafted in Guadalajara that is perfect for entertaining. There is also a card/pool table and competition dart board hidden behind hand carved cabinets. The media features include Dish Network, Sirius Satellite Radio, DVD/CD, iPod dock, local phone, Vonage phone, and high-speed wireless internet.

Outside of Casa Vida the pool area puts a smile on your face. The BBQ area is an experience all to itself. A 54” built-in Viking BBQ has every feature you can imagine. There is a great gas fire pit and huge oversized spa. The pool has a gradual sloping beach area and 5 swim-up bar stools. The Palapa area is also impressive. It has seating for 10 and a great place just to hang out of the sun and listen to music.

There are so many activities to do while staying at Casa Vida. Surrounding this home site are two of the area's most highly regarded championship golf courses, one designed by Greg Norman and the other by Jack Nicklaus. This course was recently rated the 17th best track in all of Mexico and the Caribbean--directly behind Cabo del Sol at #16. (Note: 9 holes of each course are currently open for play. All 36 holes are scheduled for completion in 2010.)

At the core of the development is our new 450-slip luxury marina and fishing village. The marina offers daily deep-sea fishing, sailing, and whale-watching excursions, as well as fresh seafood caught and sold by area fishermen. Several world-class fishing tournaments are run out of this impressive, full-service marina. If you choose to venture outside Puerto Los Cabos there is downtown San Jose and its highly renowned restaurants and shopping just a mile away.

One of the most important amenities is the Beach Club and restaurant located just down the street from Casa Vida. The food is great and the staff is even better. There is a great fitness center where the doors slide away reveling nothing but sand and ocean. The pool area is superb and Diego, the activity director, can coordinate any activity you or your family might want to do. He has a new fleet of paddle boards (SUP) and tons other beach/ocean toys to choose from.

One of the reasons we picked Puerto Los Cabos to build our home is the proximity to world class surf. There is a back entrance just before the Fundadores guard gate that puts you right on the East Cape road. 20min to Shipwrecks, 9 Palms and Punta Perfects are just a little farther. Puerto Los Cabos is the closest luxury development to the waves of the East Cape.
