Luxury Punta Mita ~ La Casa Rincon Pacific

Casa Rincon Pacific is located on the Punta Mita Peninsula 25 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta and 5 minutes south of the world renowned Four Seasons Resort in Nayarit, Mexico. The home is nestled between the tropical rainforest and the azure waters of Bahia Banderas and is one of 12 private lots in the intimate gated community of Paradise Coves. Paradise Coves derives its name from a series of beautiful small private coves that grace the verdant Punta Mita coastline and because of their private setting, the beaches in front, south and north of the development are pristine and virtually vacant!

If snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, fishing or just plain beach combing sound like a good way to spend a day in tropical paradise... then Casa Rincon Pacific is perfect. If you are looking for nightlife you can find it either 20 minutes north in the small town of Sayulita or 30 minutes south in Puerto Vallarta where you will find an endless array of restaurants, night clubs and activities that will keep even the most avid night owl satisfied!

The home is 8000 square feet with four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, an office complete with high speed internet connection and WI FI , satellite TV, and stereo system. The home also has generous outside covered patios surrounded by a large infinity pool.

Activities in the area include world class sport fishing (200 lb Yellowfin tuna are not uncommon in the summer months), whale watching (Dec.-Mar.), Mariettas Islands snorkeling trips, big game (blue water) spear fishing, and 5-star dining both in Punta Mita and Puerto Vallarta.

If you have been to Cabo San Lucas or Cancun and have found the pace just too “busy”, we suggest you schedule your next Mexican escape to Casa Rincon Pacific which means “Peaceful Place”. Stroll from the pool to our own private beach where you can enjoy the sunset and watch the turtles play in the bay……. Chef service is optional, at an additional $150 USD per day. Chef service includes for 2 meals/day. Groceries, beverages and tips are not included in the price.

If notice of cancellation is given 60 or more days prior to arrival date, owner will return deposit less a 10% processing fee.

A check for 50% of the total rental amount is due within 10 calendar days of making a reservation. Balance of rental amount, 50%, plus a 10% security deposit, will be due 60 calendar days prior to check-in. Security deposit in the form of a separate check will be held, and will be returned within 60 days after check-out less any phone or damage charges.

There is so much to experience in Banderas Bay it is a little overwhelming!! The following is a list that will hopefully get you headed in the right direction and once you have decided on the type of activity you might enjoy then we can get you lined up with the best service providers in the area.

Fishing... (Inshore and Offshore)...Whether you are looking for Tuna, Marlin, Sailfish, Dorado, Wahoo, Roosterfish, Robalo, or Huachinango the waters inside and outside Banderas Bay are famous for these species.

Surfing... (Expeditions and Lessons)...If you know where to go you can get waves all times of the year. You don’t need to look any further than out in front of the house. If you want to learn, we have the best instructors in Mexico including this year's Mexican National Longboard champion!

Golf...Flamingos, Marina Golf, Vista Vallarta, and the new Litibu Course (opening Winter 2008) are all excellent courses in the vicinity.

Tennis Lessons... We have an excellent instructor who has access to local courts.

Massage...Available

Yoga... For group or private instruction.

Snorkeling... Mariettas Island and Coastal trips. Transportation and equipment provided.

Scuba Expeditions and Lessons... Again, transportation and equipment provided.

Blue Water Hunting...Not for the faint of heart, this is big game hunting where you can become the hunted!!

Sightseeing... San Sebastian, Alta Vista Petroglyphs, Yelapa... Great day trips to local villages off the beaten path.

Sailing... Cocktail cruises out of Vallarta.

Dining... Every possible culinary delight awaits you, not only in Puerto Vallarta, but in the small towns within 15 minutes of the house…you will be pleasantly surprised!!

Dancing... Want to learn to Salsa? There are some great Cuban dance clubs that welcome beginners!

Chaufeur/Taxi Service… Want to do a night on the town without the hassle of driving? Hire a driver for the night and relax!

Chef Service... We have this optional service available for an additional $150/night.

Kayak Tours... We have 2 Kayaks, but if you want a guide to show you some of the secret beaches up the coast, we can accommodate you and arrange this also.
