Luxury Surf Villa with Magical Oceanfront Views

This modern yet rustic gem is 1800' sq. ft. and has high ceilings with dark wood beams. It has 2 luxury bedrooms, 2 baths, and 3 oceanview decks. It sleeps four comfortably, but it also has an inflatable queen aero bed for additional sleeping. Sleeps four comfortably, but can accommodate up to 6 people.

We have cable TV with a all the channels, a stereo with ipod hookup. Beautiful living room and kitchen and dining room with domed ceilings which a really cool. The kitchen is stocked with pots,pans, plates glasses, utensils and we have a bbq on the master deck. We have pillowtop beds, 600 count comfy sheets and super nicer comforters. We also have a great real wood fireplace in the living room and a gas firepit on the front deck which many places do not have.

Our place is in a super safe Baja community located between the cities of Rosarito and Ensenada. We are a short drive to both cities, but we are in beautiful, private section of the coast, up on a bluff that has panoramic coastal views. We are just north of the famous restaurant called La Fonda and K58 surf beach (You can see them from our front deck). We are a short drive to so many incredible surf breaks it is not funny. Within a short distance of our place you can surf: K58, K55, K38, Calafia Cove, Punta San Miguel, Popotla, Baja Malibu, Punta San Jose, and even the famous Isla Todos Santos if you are into super heavy surf. There are also many secret spots to be found all along the coast as well as a private beach right out in front of our place with firing little sandbars. If you like surfing by yourself or with small crowds this is the place.

There are lots of restaurants and shopping close to our area. The famous "Lobster Village" Puerto Nuevo is only a about an 8 minute drive to the north of us. There are incredible small restaurants with inexpensive food or there is luxury dining available for those who want it. The infamous La Fonda Restaurant is about a 2 min. drive from our house. They also have a spa now for the ladies or gents who want to wind down. There are also great Baja wineries and wine tasting just to the south of us which makes for a fun day trip. We can let you know which ones are the best as we have tried them all. If you like ATV's there are beautiful dunes near us with rentals available or bring your own.
