SOLIKAI ~ Giveaway rules and regulations

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

Prize: 4 nights stay for a maximum of 6 people at Casa Luminosa in Hacienda Iguana, Nicaragua. This is a $1400 value.

Prize restrictions: Prize is valid for a one-time stay (4 consecutive nights) during the calendar year 2010 and is subject to the availability of Casa Luminosa. Prize does NOT include required security deposit for Casa Luminosa, air or ground transportation or food and beverage. Winner will be subject to all the rules and conditions set by the owners of Casa Luminosa. Winner will be responsible to pay the security deposit required for the stay at Casa Luminosa and will be held responsible for any damages that occur to the property during their stay. Please refer to the Casa Luminosa rental agreement for complete details.

Rules:

1. No purchase is necessary for this promotion. Promotion begins October 28^th, 2009, and ends when Solikai has 5000 Facebook Fans.
2. Limit one entry per household.
3. All participants must be 18 or older to participate and must have a valid email address or Facebook account. Employees and immediate family of employees of Solikai are not eligible to participate.
4. One winner will be drawn at random within 10 days of Solikai reaching 5,000 fans on Facebook.
5. Winner will be notified via email and/or Facebook upon being selected.
6. If Solikai is not able to contact winner within 30 days a new winner will be selected.
7. Solikai reserves the right to use the name of the winner in marketing and promotional materials.
8. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.
10. Solikai reserves the right to cancel or modify the program without prior notification.
11. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the rules of this promotion. This promotion is governed by, and these rules will be construed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of California.
12. Participant and winner agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states of the United States of America.
13. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release Solikai, its directors, employees, officers and agents from any and all liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the awarding, receipt, use or misuse of the prize.
