Set among tropical forest, shared with Mokeys, along-side a crystal clear pool ... is this beautiful vacation retreat. It is directly on a 1.5 mile sand beach and overlooks a photogenic headland.

This well maintained villa is located in a gated development "Hacienda Iguana" with twenty-four hour security. It is a ground floor 3 bedroom 2 bath villa with everything you need! There is one master bedroom with private bath, and two additional bedrooms with a shared bath. Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning, and cieling fans. There is are comfortable sleeping arrangments for 3 couples or 6 individuals.

At Rock Point Villa - Nicaragua Surf Rentals - you can relax in the ocean front fresh water pool. Look out over the ocean, watch the monkeys or listen to the waves break right in front of you eyes. Hydrate yourself with our 5 gallon, chilled water dispesnor. Prepare and cook gourmet meals in a fully furnished kitchen, with awesome fresh fish selections at the local fishing village, "Playa Gigante." You can also sample a variety of local dishes at the many local restaurants. If you are feeling adventurous try one of the many local tours, horseback riding, zip lining, explore volcanoes, fishing, and play a roud of golf at our private golf coarse!

Maid service is available daily free of charge. There is a video library of surf films and famous movies. We have Wireless Internet access, so bring your laptop! An Ipod docking station is available all the time so you can bring your own music to dance the night away.
