This is a ground floor unit in Villas Rio Dulce with a direct view of the surf break so you can see what is going on in the water from the living room or master bedroom. It is a TRUE 3 bedroom unit with 1 queen bed and four single beds. Beautiful granite countertops and Italian tile along with all major appliances make it a home away from home. All the furniture is hand made from local craftsman out of beautifully stained hardwoods. On site cell phone tower and satellite TV keep you in touch with the rest of the world if you so desire. Condo has free WiFi internet so bring your laptop or PDA. On site property management, 24-hour security and daily maid service included.

Located in the PRIVATE, GATED community of Hacienda Iguana Beach and Golf Resort in Southwest Nicaragua on the Pacific Ocean. Also known as the Nicaraguan Riveria, this region is blessed with year round warm weather and offshore winds. Hacienda Iguana is home of two of the best breaks in all of NIcaragua - Rio Colorado and Panga Drops. Rio Colorado is an A-frame beach break over river mouth sandbars that provides wide open barrels on all tides. The condo sits right on the break so you can get a surf report by looking right out the window. Panga Drops is a deep water reef break that amplifies both North and South swells to ensure waves when all other breaks go flat. Access to these breaks is very limited to those not staying at Hacienda Iguana. Also, Villas Rio Dulce is the ONLY condo complex that is directly in front of the actual Rio Colorado (Colorados) surf break, so don't be fooled by ads for "Playa Colorado" places. Many of the other units (and some houses) are a long walk (over a mile) from the Rio Colorado surf break.

Our condo includes access to a beautiful, private oceanfront beach club with an endless edge pool and grill. The beach club sits directly on the ocean in front of the Rio Colorado surf break.

Hacienda Iguana is also home of the only functional Golf Course in Nicaragua. Our guests enjoy golf membership with discounted green fees. They have brand new EZ-GO electric carts and rental clubs available.
